If you need to cancel a CAPS appointment call before 4pm one day prior to your appointment or there will be a late cancellation charge billed to your account.

CAPS is located on the third floor of Campus Health. For a detailed map of Campus Health, click here.

Hours:

• If you have never been seen before at CAPS, (or it has been more than 6 months since your last visit) your first visit will be with the triage counselor. CAPS Triage is open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m.to 3:30 p.m. during the academic year. During the summer, Triage is open from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. You will be asked to show us your CatCard and complete triage paperwork. The Triage counselor will briefly assess your concern and together you will decide on specific follow up services or treatment options. Any subsequent visits are scheduled by appointment.
• If you have already been seen at CAPS during this academic year, you can simply phone in for an appointment with the same counselor.
• CAPS is open for appointments between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled counseling appointment, you may need to be rescheduled to the next available appointment time. The last scheduled appointment is at 4:00 p.m.

Cost: There is a nominal fee for your triage session.
